Work hours:
Part Time, 24 Hours, Days
- Ability to effect patient’s lives in and outside of the hospital setting
- Improve patient outcomes and quality of care
- Ability to advance nursing career with a magnet-level hospital

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- Master’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Three years of Level III NICU experience preferred
- NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire required
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire required
- Supports high risk mothers and families identified for navigation during pregnancy and transition to delivery or NICU admission
- Facilitates communication among maternal-fetal medicine, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatric subspecialists, palliative care, outpatient providers, labor and delivery, and NICU teams
- Ensures seamless transitions across inpatient, outpatient, and community based care settings
- Collaborates with obstetric, neonatal, surgical, nursing, social work, case management, chaplaincy, and therapy teams
- Interface with external organizations for documents needed for the coordination of activities, programs and partnerships
- Prepares and leads bi monthly Perinatal Rounds to promote communication, coordination, and proactive care planning for high risk antenatal and fetal patients
