Envision is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic group of providers at Medical City Dallas in the Pediatric Emergency Department.

Overview: As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in our Emergency Department. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of pediatric medical conditions and emergencies.

Position Profile:

• 39,000-volume Pediatric Emergency Department

• 19 Pediatric ED Beds + 2 dedicated triage Spaces

• 9-hour shifts

• Meditech EMR

• Collaborative team of PEM-trained physicians and pediatric-focused APPs providing 24/7 coverage

• Pediatric sub-specialties include cardiology, cardiac surgery, GI, hematology/oncology, nephrology, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, ENT, surgery, urology, and plastic surgery

• Current licensure / Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (preferred)

Medical City Children's Hospital is a 254-bed, tertiary care children's hospital and the flagship pediatric facility of Medical City Healthcare.
