Neonatologist

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking dedicated neonatologists to join their growing Dallas North practice in Texas. Clinicians will provide a full range of neonatal care while rotating through several Level II through Level IV NICUs, including Medical City Children's Hospital. This role offers an exciting opportunity to care for medically fragile infants in a collaborative team environment supported by 24/7 in-house neonatal nurse practitioners.

Practice Info

• Dallas North practice
• Team includes a diverse group of neonatologists, NNPs, PNPs, and newborn hospitalists
• Rotates through several Level II
  - Level IV NICUs
• Medical City Children's Hospital is a Level IV 108-bed NICU and full-service children's hospital with a Level IV Maternal designation
• In-house Maternal Fetal Institute providing customized navigation of care

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of neonatal care
• Rotate through several Level II
  - Level IV NICUs
• Rotate through large high-risk maternal hospitals delivering the most medically fragile infants
• Coordinate prenatal care with established area MFM groups

Shift & Schedule

• Combination of in-house shifts at the Level III - IV units and call shifts from home at the lower-level units with in-house neonatal nurse practitioners 24/7
