As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff performance. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and compassion.

• Lead and manage the nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Oversee patient care plans and ensure they meet individual needs.

• Coordinate with other departments to enhance patient care and facility operations.

• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for nursing staff.

• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Arizona license.

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
