Emergency Veterinarian

An independently run emergency hospital located in the Arlington and another in Mc Kinney is looking to add an Emergency Veterinarian to its 24/7 clinical team.

You will deliver emergency and critical care to companion animals while working alongside a skilled and collaborative support team.

• Managing emergency and urgent care cases
• Performing emergency surgical procedures when required
• Using in-house diagnostics to support timely clinical decisions
• Communicating effectively with clients and referring veterinarians
• Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
• Working closely with technicians and support staff on every shift

• Eligible for licensure in Texas
• Previous emergency or urgent care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced ER environment

• Base salary $200,000+
• Monthly production bonus (21–23%)
