Do you have a passion for dogs and strong leadership skills? Riverview Farm Kennel, a busy and well-established 100 dog kennel in Middle Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and experienced hands‑on Kennel Manager/Dog Trainer
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with animals and thrives in a leadership role.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure top-quality care and safety for all dogs
- Feed, exercise, and monitor dogs daily
- Oversee animal health and well‑being, identifying any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the facility
- Lead by example and provide direction to kennel staff
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in animal care/kennel management/dog training
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Compassionate, confident, and comfortable handling all dog breeds
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle physical work
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
