Overnights / Night Shift
Provide Critical Care When It Matters Most Compensation- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT/VTS): $25.00–$35.00/h plus shift differential
- Experienced Veterinary Technician (Unlicensed): $22.00–$25.00/h plus shift differential
- Overnight ER without leadership or managerial expectations
- Strong doctor–technician collaboration
- Advanced emergency medicine and diagnostics

- Supporting veterinarians during emergency exams, treatments, and procedures
- Monitoring anesthesia and assisting with emergency surgeries and post‑operative care
- Providing emergency nursing care and first aid to injured or recovering patients
- Preparing patients and surgical instruments for procedures
- Monitoring and interpreting vital signs, including blood pressure, ECG, SpO₂, and EtCO₂
- Collecting laboratory samples and performing in‑house diagnostics
- Operating digital radiography and advanced diagnostic equipment
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Accurately documenting patient histories and medical records
- Maintaining clean, sterile, and organized treatment, exam, and lab areas
- Mentoring and supporting fellow technicians and assistants
- Minimum 1+ years of emergency veterinary technician experience
- ECC/CVT/LVT/RVT credentials encouraged
- Strong anesthesia monitoring and surgical assisting skills
- Experience with post‑operative and emergency patient care
- Ability to assess patient condition and respond in fast‑paced situations
- Calm, focused, and confident under pressure
- Detail‑oriented with strong clinical judgment
- A collaborative team player who enjoys learning and growing in ECC
