Environment, Health and Safety Manager

The Opportunity

We are building a Quality, Safety & Compliance (QHS) talent pool to support large-scale data center construction projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

In mission-critical construction, there is no margin for error. These roles are essential for protecting people, schedules, inspections, and final handover. If documentation fails or safety slips, everything downstream is s team ensures that doesn't happen.

We are looking for professionals who adhere to OSHA safety standards, ISO quality systems, or disciplined document control and are comfortable enforcing standards on active job sites.

This job family includes:

• Health & Safety Advisor (HSE / EHS)
• QA / Document Control

Safety Leadership

• Drive a proactive Safety First culture across multi-trade sites
• Conduct site audits, safety observations, and toolbox talks
• Consistently enforce OSHA and client-specific protocols
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
• Exercise stop-work authority when conditions are unsafe

Quality Assurance & Document Control

• Maintain audit-ready QA/QC and document control systems
• Manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, revisions, logs, and closeout packages
• Ensure documentation integrity from project start through final handover
• Prepare for and support inspections, audits, and owner requirements
• Prevent documentation gaps that delay turnover or acceptance
• Identify hazards or compliance gaps before they impact people or schedules
• Communicate issues early and drive them to resolution
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned

• Sites operate safely, consistently, and without disruption
• Documentation is clean, current, and turnover-ready at all times
• Audits and inspections are handled confidently, no scrambling
• Field teams understand expectations and accountability
• Standards are enforced even under schedule pressure

Non-Negotiables

• 3–5+ years in a dedicated Safety or QA/Document Control role within construction
• HSE roles: Proven, site-based safety leadership experience
• QA roles: Hands-on document control or QA/QC support experience
• Familiarity with construction compliance, reporting, and inspections
• Comfort working on-site in fast-paced, multi-trade environments
• Strong organization, follow-through, and enforcement capabilities

• Safety: OSHA 30 required (CSP or CHST strongly preferred)
• Quality: Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
• Experience with tools such as Procore, Plan Grid, or safety/QA software

• No site-based safety experience for HSE roles
• No document control systems experience for QA roles
• Passive approach to enforcement or accountability

• Data centers, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, pharma, or large industrial projects
• Experience in environments where compliance is strictly audited
• A firm but fair communication style, the ability to stop work while maintaining professional trade relationships

• These are not desk-only roles. Daily on-site presence is required.
