Job Description:

General Summary

Likewize is searching for a Quality & Training Coordinator to join our distribution center in Flower Mound, TX.

In this role, you'll support and maintain compliance with ISO standards and quality management processes across our Flower Mound and Lewisville warehouses. You will drive operational excellence by managing ISO documentation, supporting audits, and coordinating safety and quality initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Quality Management (60%)

* Manage, create, and control all ISO documentation across including work instructions, forms, job aids, and flowcharts.

* Maintain and follow up on corrective actions, quality events, and compliance records within the quality management system (QT9).

* Conduct annual desk audits for R2v3 suppliers and ensure all compliance documentation is accurate, current, and audit ready.

* Safety (40%)

* Lead the coordination and administration of warehouse safety initiatives including safety training, new hire safety orientations, incident documentation, facility inspections, and safety reporting.

* Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to support continuous improvement, safety, and compliance initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

* 1-3 years of relevant experience in quality, safety, or ISO support

* Experience with quality management systems (QT9 preferred)

* Experience creating, maintaining, and/or controlling formal documentation

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

* Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively to leadership and teams

* Strong organizational skills

* Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders

* Attention to detail and high level of accountability

* Ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work flexible hours as business needs

Preferred Qualifications

* Direct experience managing ISO and R2v3

* Experience training in small group settings

* Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.

* Experience supporting or participating in internal or external audits.

* Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
