Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, for a Quality Control Specialist. The Quality Control Specialist will oversee the daily inspection and testing of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to company and regulatory quality standards. Key responsibilities include conducting quality audits, reviewing manufacturing procedures for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and maintaining accurate quality records.
Collaboration with the production and quality assurance teams to implement corrective actions and streamline processes is essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Familiar with SOP document creation for all quality processes.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
- Familiarity with Quality Management systems and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Experience in Quality Auditing and implementing quality improvement measures.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under stringent quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and relevant software.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- US Work Authorization Required (Sponsorship not offered).
- Must be in commutable distance to Dallas, TX.
