Job Overview
Associate Product Acceptance Specialist at Boeing Distribution, Inc. (Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business) located in Dallas, TX. The role is responsible for conducting customer order verification in compliance with Boeing procedures, regulatory requirements (FAA, CAA, etc.) and customer requirements. Primary responsibilities include performing complete part inspections on customer orders, determining FAA approval type and part application, completing 8130‑3 and non‑regulatory documentation (ATA 106), ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and entering information in SAP.
Responsibilities- Verify product conformance requirements.
- Perform physical product inspections and validate documentation for accuracy.
- Validate FAA Type Approval code for customer product.
- Segregate and control all non‑conforming items.
- Scan product to inspector’s line for inspection.
- Route work according to weight requirement and redirect if necessary.
- Complete verification compliant with Customer flow‑down requirements.
- Enter information in SAP and scan material in and out of QA.
- Assist in other QA areas as directed by QA Leadership.
- Three (3+) years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry.
- Three (3+) years of experience using SAP.
- One (1+) years of experience in quality inspection.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
- Must meet export control compliance requirements; be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22C.F.R. §120.15.
- High School Diploma or higher.
- One (1+) year of experience working in a cross‑functional work environment.
Must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22C.F.R. §120.62. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Benefits and CompensationCompetitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay range: $44,000.00 – $62,000.00. No relocation assistance.
