Lead - Quality Inspection

Flextronics -  - Responsibilities:
Inspect and test products at various stages in the production process;
Establish testing procedures to determine a product's dimensions and its mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics;
Set up and perform testing on materials, parts, or finished products to measure product performance under a variety of conditions;
Maintain records and reports and issue correspondence, reviewing errors and their causes and giving advice to correct such errors;
Select and assign quality control duties and evaluate the performance of the team in their assigned role
