QA TECH PREP OPPRegular Full-Time PLANT DALLAS, TX, US
Salary Range: $18.75 To $18.75 Hourly
Essential Functions- Conduct daily pre-operational process equipment inspection
- Document findings (SSOP Pre-Operational Record)
- Report damaged equipment to maintenance, supervisor and/or leads
- Assist with swabbing for microbiological as well as ATP tests as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the Lead Technician or QA/Supervisor Manager
- Able to follow verbal instructions from supervisors/leads
- Able to work independently/self-motivated
- Handle multiple projects in a fast paced and limited timeframe while remaining detailed-oriented, reliable and organized
- Analytical skills and attention to diminutive details
- Must follow all Safety rules and Company Procedures
- Previous QA experience in a food manufacturing environment a plus but not required
