Speed Pro Dallas is a large‑format digital print studio that designs, prints, and installs high‑resolution graphics for point‑of‑purchase signage, event graphics, trade‑show displays, posters, wall murals, retail window films, vehicle wraps, outdoor banners, and more. We focus on quality customer service, professionalism, and quality in all projects.

Speed Pro Dallas is looking for a full‑time Print Technician who is a driven, multi‑tasker with a strong work ethic, willing to learn all production aspects of large‑format digital printing and finishing. The candidate should thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working collaboratively to run our digital graphic printing and finishing processes. Experience with large‑format printers, laminators, and vinyl cutting is a plus but not required.

The role is 100% print production.

• All day‑to‑day printing, laminating, and finishing processes
• Maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship
• Keep printing, plotter, and lamination equipment clean and well‑maintained
• Perform quality control, packing, and shipping
• Assist in maintaining a clean and well‑organized print and production environment

• Must be coachable
• Must work well in a small team environment
• Mechanically intuitive
• Experience working with computers and ability to learn software technologies associated with production machinery
• Fast mover with a sense of urgency
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and efficiencies that prevent waste
• Positive, can‑do attitude
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds multiple times daily

• Experience with flatbed/roll‑to‑roll printers, CNC router, plotter, laminators, and ADA signage is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent multi‑tasking ability
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

The position is full‑time, in‑person/on‑site, and may require occasional night or weekend work for rush or large projects. The successful candidate will be a team player who can handle last‑minute pivots for client rush jobs.
