Lead all phases of the digitization workflow including document inspection, scanning, and quality control.;
Collaborate with colleagues to inform time and specification requirements for printing services.;
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and make day-to-day operational decisions on scanning methods and document handling.;
Perform continuous quality improvement analyses and generate reports documenting workflow accuracy and non-compliant deliverables.;
Advise on equipment and material usage, replacements, and development of new services to improve quality.
