Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to test and validate healthcare SaaS applications, patient portals, and AI-driven digital health systems.

In this role, you will ensure that all healthcare software products meet high standards of quality, performance, and compliance before release. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and Dev Ops teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring safe, reliable, and accurate digital health experiences used by healthcare organizations across the United States.

• Test healthcare SaaS platforms and digital health applications.
• Identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
• Perform manual and automated testing across systems.
• Validate clinical workflows and patient-facing features.
• Test patient portals, EHR-related features, and APIs.
• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Verify healthcare workflows and system integrations.
• Support regression and end-to-end testing.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Use testing frameworks for API and UI testing (Cypress, etc).
• Improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams.
• Document test cases, results, and issue reports.
• Participate in sprint planning and QA reviews.
• Ensure timely resolution of defects.

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in software testing or QA analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of manual testing and test case design.
• Familiarity with web automation tools (Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience verifying APIs (Postman) and basic SQL commands.

• Experience in US healthcare or healthcare SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data systems.
• Experience testing EHR/EMR integrations.
• Exposure to AI-driven healthcare applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops workflows.

Manual & Exploratory Testing Automation (Cypress/Selenium) API Testing (Postman/Rest Assured) SQL & Data Validation Agile SDLC & Jira CI/CD & Dev Ops Integration

Validate clinic-facing workflows and administrator settings portals.

Test registration, authentication, appointment scheduling, and patient UI flows.

Verify medical chart documentation layouts and clinician entry forms.

Test HL7 FHIR API calls and validate schema mappings for hospital sync operations.

Verify LLM intake triaging engines and test logic paths for data accuracy.

Perform end-to-end regression validation for secure virtual health solutions.
