The Senior Quality Analyst leads complex quality investigations, supports audit readiness, and acts as a subject matter expert for quality standards and inspection methodologies.

- Lead investigations into complex non-conformances
- Validate and refine quality inspection processes
- Support internal and external audits
- Train and mentor Quality Analysts and Analyst II staff
- Partner with supervisors and engineers on corrective actions
- 5+ years in quality roles within manufacturing or construction environments
- Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and audit exposure
- Proven mentoring and problem-solving capability

- This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
