The Quality Auditor supports the Director of Quality Management by conducting and overseeing audits across operational areas, including call quality, fee-for-service (FFS) program transactions (e.g., free goods, bridge, post-transfer), and training documentation/SOP adherence, to ensure quality performance standards are consistently met. This role helps identify gaps between documented procedures and actual practice, documents findings, and provides input that feeds into broader quality and process‑improvement efforts across operations.
Education & Licensing- High school diploma or GED required.
- PTCB, NHA license preferred.
- Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy license preferred.
- One to three years' experience in healthcare or specialty pharmacy operations environment.
- Previous quality assurance or audit experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi‑task
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working across multiple operational areas, not just a single function

- Audits fee-for-service (FFS) program activity (e.g., free goods) for accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
- Collaborate with auditing groups across Operations to understand audit practices, share best practices, and ensure completeness and follow‑through.
- Flags discrepancies or risk areas to the Director of Quality Management for follow‑up.
- Audits training documentation against current SOPs to confirm operations are working as SOPs state.
Documents gaps between training materials, SOPs, and actual practice for review. - Perform special audits as requested by managers, supervisors, or the Director of Quality Management.
- Works with management to develop, implement, and coach staff on procedures and requirements.
- Documents audit results and present findings to management on a regular basis.
- Analyzes audit data and provides recommendations on areas of improvement, including recurring issues that may point to SOP or training gaps.
- Supports root‑cause identification for escalated or urgent cases by reviewing related audit findings when requested.
- Performs all tasks in a manner consistent with corporate policies as well as state and federal laws.
- Knowledgeable regarding Senderra's community values and demonstrates them daily.

- Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time. Requires sitting and bending.
