This role is critical for ensuring the quality of mechanical equipment used in data center infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage internal quality programs and workflows, overseeing outsourced inspection providers and communicating progress to leadership. This position requires a blend of engineering understanding and program management expertise to facilitate collaboration across various internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end quality program workflows for mechanical components.
- Lead and document process improvement initiatives within the quality program.
- Manage third-party inspection services and assess provider performance.
- Develop and maintain quality dashboards and performance reports.
- Facilitate quality forums and supplier business reviews.
- Proven ability to manage programs and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.
- Experience in data center or mission-critical infrastructure manufacturing is preferred for this role.
