The candidate that will take on this role will join a highly motivated teams to be part of an innovative solutions and modernization of some of customer facing applications The teams are part of the investment platforms in Workplace Solutions which helps our customers save and invest through workplace retirement savings plans build lifetime relationships with customers and provide employers with cost effective integrated employee benefit solutions WS serves customers online over the phone and through a nationwide network of investor centers WS is also committed to helping drive employee retirement readiness by delivering leading edge financial solutions to employers including recordkeeping cash management products and services and personal advisory services PAS.

Job Duties Execute functional regression integration and end-to-end testing activities supporting enterprise application modernization initiatives

Develop and maintain automated test cases for API UI and backend service validation

Support migration testing efforts to ensure business functionality is preserved throughout application modernization activities

Perform defect identification tracking troubleshooting and validation activities across multiple application releases

Execute test planning test case preparation and test data management activities

Support Agile development teams through sprint based testing and quality engineering practices

Participate in release validation smoke testing production verification and deployment support activities

Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are correctly validated

Assist with automation framework enhancement and continuous testing initiatives

Maintain accurate testing documentation metrics and execution evidence supporting compliance and audit requirements

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 65,000 to 72,000.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
