Property Management / Leasing About this role

We’re hiring a Leasing Consultant to represent our apartment community in Dallas, TX and help drive occupancy through exceptional service and strong follow-up. You’ll greet prospects, conduct tours, convert leads to applications, and support residents throughout the leasing and renewal process. This is an on-site, full-time role; weekend availability (including Saturdays) is required as scheduled.

Pay range: $31,200–$49,920 USD (base; incentives/commissions may be available depending on the property).We welcome candidates across the DFW area, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Irving, Garland, Frisco, and McKinney.

Responsibilities Greet prospects and respond promptly to phone/email/text inquiries

Conduct community and apartment tours; highlight features, amenities, and neighborhood benefits

Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain consistent prospect communication

Process applications and coordinate screenings/background checks; maintain complete, compliant files

Prepare leases and move-in paperwork; support renewals and resident retention efforts

Assist with outreach marketing, online listings, and basic social media posting

Coordinate with maintenance and the onsite team to ensure units are tour-ready and issues are reported

Support resident relations by resolving questions and escalating concerns appropriately

Requirements

High school diploma or GED1+ year customer-facing sales, customer service, or apartment leasing experience

Comfortable working Saturdays/weekends as scheduled

Professional, friendly communication (in-person, phone, email, text)
Working knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and compliant leasing practices

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required for some properties/assignments)
