About the Role

We are seeking a driven Development Associate to join our team and support all aspects of the real estate development process. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in multifamily development, work directly with senior leadership, and play a key role in bringing projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research, demographic studies, and competitive analysis to support site selection and underwriting
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, prepare sensitivity analyses, and evaluate deal structures and returns
  • Assist with due diligence including zoning, title, environmental, and geotechnical reviews
  • Coordinate with consultants, attorneys, and municipal officials on entitlements and permitting
  • Support design and construction by working with architects, engineers, and contractors; review plans and schedules
  • Prepare offering memoranda, investment presentations, and investor reporting materials
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while helping solve day‑to‑day challenges
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate development or acquisitions.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Passion for real estate development and interest in long‑term career growth in the industry
