Location: On-site in Dallas, Texas, United States (flexibility for hybrid after onboarding period)
Salary: $120,000-$160,000 DOE + 20-25% Annual Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished professional to join a dynamic team and drive the strategic expansion and diversification of a high-value retail property portfolio. You will take ownership of the entire acquisition lifecycle, playing a pivotal role in shaping investment strategy and maximizing long-term value within a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and underwrite retail asset acquisitions in line with strategic investment objectives.
- Develop and leverage relationships with brokers, owners, and industry stakeholders to identify both marketed and off‑market opportunities.
- Lead due diligence activities, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and preparation of investment committee materials.
- Oversee negotiations of Letters of Intent (LOIs) and Purchase & Sale Agreements (PSAs) to ensure favorable deal terms.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, asset management, and third‑party consultants through the transaction process to closing.
- Monitor market trends and dynamics to inform acquisition strategies and recommend portfolio adjustments.
- Contribute to the development and execution of overall investment and corporate strategy, including support for board presentations and company financial disclosures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in real estate acquisitions, with proven success in retail asset transactions.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with expertise in ARGUS, Excel, and market research platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities with a track record of executing complex deals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while meeting deadlines.
- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and financial due diligence practices.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
- Experience assessing and underwriting a variety of retail property types or national portfolios.
- Expertise in strategic stakeholder management, including with external vendors and cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to operate independently while delivering results.
- Experience supporting board‑level strategy, financial disclosures, or investor relations processes.
