Financial Additions has partnered with a growing real estate company in North Dallas in search of Senior Real Estate Property Accountant.
Senior Real Estate Property AccountantDuties and Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting for commercial real estate properties
- Reconcile all balance sheet accounts and produce monthly financial statements
- Review lease abstracts prepared by property managers
- Calculate and analyze year end operating cost adjustments (i.e., op ex or CAM) and tenant billings for assigned properties.
- CPA preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
- 3 - 5+ years of commercial property accounting experience
- Experience in real estate industry required
- Sage Intacct or Yardi Voyager experience required
