Working with a growing residential home building and land development platform in Dallas, Texas, seeking an Associate to join their expanding team.

• 2–4 years of experience in residential home building, land development, or real estate investment.
• Experience with land acquisitions, homebuilding operations, and/or construction-focused real estate platforms.
• Exposure to refinancing or capital structuring related to homebuilding projects is a plus.
• Currently enrolled in or pursuing an MBA is acceptable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and underwriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across development, acquisition, and financing activities.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas, Texas area.

• Support land acquisition efforts, including site evaluation, underwriting, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Assist in managing residential homebuilding projects from land development through construction and stabilization.
• Analyze refinancing opportunities and support execution of debt and capital market transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, builders, and external consultants on active projects.
• Prepare financial models, investment memoranda, and return analyses for new and existing projects.
• Track project budgets, schedules, and development milestones.
• Monitor market conditions and identify new land and homebuilding opportunities.
• Support asset‑level and portfolio‑level performance analysis.
• Assist senior team members with strategic initiatives and long‑term growth planning.
