Senior Real Estate Transactions Analyst

A growing real estate organization is seeking a Senior Transactions Analyst to support an active deal team.

This role is focused on transaction execution — managing commercial deals from initial agreement through closing. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, navigating due diligence, and driving deals across the finish line.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from contract to close
• Track timelines, deliverables, and risk items
• Communicate with internal teams, legal counsel, and third-party vendors
• Support closing documentation and execution

Qualifications:

• 3–6+ years of commercial real estate transaction, acquisitions, or related experience
• Familiarity with due diligence and closing processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transactions at once
