Job Summary

This position is a Hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas, and supports a product team focused on digital products and services. Candidates with experience in healthcare, finance, or government environments are preferred. In this role, you will be a driving force behind shaping the user experience and innovation landscape for our digital products and services. As a principal-level UX Researcher, you will provide visionary leadership in creating and implementing user-centered solutions that redefine industry standards.

• Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field like Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related discipline.
