• Design, execute, and optimize stem cell research experiments.
• Perform stem cell culture, manipulation, and molecular biology procedures.
• Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data.
• Support validation studies with external research collaborators.
• Help transition research discoveries into scalable commercial processes.

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Cell Biology, Stem Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience conducting stem cell research.
• Strong expertise in stem cell culture, experimental design, and PCR methodologies.
• Experience with micromanipulator systems, cell-based assays, and laboratory instrumentation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and scientific communication skills.
