UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a highly qualified researcher to support genetic pediatric disorder projects. The role involves maintaining transgenic mouse colonies, genotyping, and contributing to multiple ongoing studies with mouse models.
The candidate will perform molecular biology and cell-based assays, plasmid cloning, and produce adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors while supporting in vivo procedures. Prior rodent handling and injections are strongly preferred.
