UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a Research Scientist to join the Li group in the Cell Biology Department. The role focuses on developing targeted drug delivery to islet beta cells for diabetes, combining molecular biology, chemical synthesis, and animal physiology to study islet cells in vitro and in vivo.
The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Chemical Biology, or Organic Synthesis, with experience in biochemistry and lead compound optimization.
