is building a behavioral research function to understand how business owners change as they apply the Science of Scaling. The Behavioral Research Lead will study our Scalers, with a completed Ph.D. required for this role.
You will collaborate with Dr. Benjamin Hardy, Blake Erickson, our Strategist team, and participating Scalers to shape the research agenda and translate findings into tools that strengthen strategy, curriculum, coaching, and IP.
