• Labels and stocks all ingredients
• Washes, chops and mixes large amounts of vegetables, meats and other ingredients
• Ensures ingredients are fresh and checks storage temperature at regular intervals
• Follows all relevant nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Consistently follows precise recipes
• Disposes spoiled food and other waste material
• Maintains cleanliness and ensures the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations

• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
• Execute tasks with precision and speed in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment
• Effective communication skills
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
