• Deliver a consistently high level of guest service with unobtrusive, knowledgeable, and genuine service to every guest, every time.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards in an efficient manner.
• Possess and utilize knowledge of all offered restaurant menus.
• Keep bar area clean in accordance with company guidelines and local health department requirements.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and account for discrepancies.
• Develop an efficient work pace that keeps guests at the bar and in the dining room satisfied.
• Work in partnership with servers to deliver a seamless guest experience.

• High School Diploma or related preferred.
• High-volume bartending experience.
• Current TABC and Food Handler’s certification.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Friendly, courteous, and well-spoken; works well within a team environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible.
• Motivated to grow and learn new and innovative food and beverage techniques and recipes.
• Operate with passion, integrity, and respect for both internal team members and external guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds.
• Work requires bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to temperatures typical of freezers, refrigerators, and hot environments.
