Bartender

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and refined Craft Bartender to join our team. This role requires a deep knowledge of mixology, exceptional service standards, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The Craft Bartender will be responsible for preparing high-quality cocktails, curating memorable guest experiences, and maintaining the elegance and professionalism of our bar program.

• Expertly prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beers with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate in the development of innovative cocktail menus that reflect seasonality, creativity, and brand identity.
• Deliver attentive, polished, and personalized service to guests at the bar and in the dining room.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar, equipment, and glassware.
• Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Monitor bar inventory, manage stock rotation, and assist in ordering supplies.
• Cultivate strong guest relationships by offering thoughtful recommendations and engaging in professional, hospitable interactions.
• Work seamlessly with colleagues across departments to ensure an elevated guest experience.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of bartending experience in a fine dining, upscale bar, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and craft techniques.
• Strong mixology skills with a passion for innovation, presentation, and balance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, refined setting while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., "TIPS", "Serv Safe", or equivalent) preferred.
