What You’ll Do

As a Batbox bartender, in this tipped role, you’ll be in the heart of the action

You will mix, pour, and serve drinks quickly, safely, and accurately - always following recipes and alcohol service laws

You’ll create legendary guest experiences for all of the guests at the bar or in your section

Keep the bar area stocked, and ready for action at all times

Help uphold health & safety standards - from bar cleanliness to food safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for bartenders with 1 - 3 years experience who are enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused

You have a knack for making genuine connections and providing exceptional service, even during the busiest times

What to Expect

Bartenders are ‘Tipped Team Members’ who earn a base hourly rate plus tips. If your average hourly rate during a shift is below the standard minimum wage when tips are added, we will make up the difference. The tip pool is calculated on a shift basis.

Be on your feet for 100% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue

Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs

Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common

Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds

Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently during your shift

Read and write handwritten notes
