Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards;
Set up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems, control waste;
Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment;
Date and rotate perishables and ensure proper storage;
Assist in keeping buffet stocked and in replenishing items
