Job Description

Aldeez Sports Bar & Lounge in Dallas, TX is looking for a dynamic bartender to join our solid team. We are located on 3950 Rosemeade Pkwy. #100. The ideal candidate is one that is a motivated self-starter. We would love to find a bartender who is a highly energetic team player with a strong passion for delivering great customer service.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
• Ability to positively interact with customers
• Building good rapport resulting in return customers.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Delivering food and drinks to guests quickly and efficiently.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Present and follow drink menu.
• Ability to enter orders using a POS system.
• Basic math skills.
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

• At least 4 years' experience as a bartender in a fast-paced organized setting.
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods at a time.
• Strong sense of urgency
• Team player
• Great energy and personality.
• Great smile.
• Demonstrate Integrity.
• TABC/ Food handlers' certificate is required.
• Relevant training certificate a plus.
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
