Compensation: $8-$10/hr as determined by industry experience and skill level

• Clean plates, glasses, silverware, and dining room serveware.
• Clean pots, pans, food storage, and other food service equipment.
• Assist with food prep during slower service periods as directed by the kitchen manager.
• Dispose of kitchen trash.
• Support line cooks during busy service times.
• Clean and maintain the dish machine and relevant equipment.
• Follow kitchen cleaning schedules and standards, including post-service station breakdown.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for communal area cleaning.
