Hilton Anatole is looking for their next Jade Waters Food Runner.

Texas-sized event space meets resort pool fun in Dallas! When guests stay at the Hilton Anatole, just north of Dallas, they’ll find an entertainment complex designed to relax and delight, an outdoor pool complex with slides and a lazy river, an award‑winning fitness club, a spa, dining options, and more!

A bright, energetic team player that brings at least one year of customer service experience and is comfortable working in a dynamic, family‑friendly, high‑volume environment is ideal.

February 27 – March 5:
Fridays & Saturdays 3 PM – 7 PM, Sundays 11 AM – 5 PM

March 6 – March 20:
Open every day for Spring Break 11 AM – 9 PM

March 21 – May 24:
Fridays & Saturdays 3 PM – 7 PM, Sundays 11 AM – 5 PM

May 25 (Memorial Day) through the rest of the summer:
Open every day 11 AM – 9 PM

As a Runner, you will be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for a designated outlet or outlets in the hotel’s continued effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically:

• Replenish ice and maintain time and temperature sanitation standards
• Transport food items to and from the kitchen
• Check, maintain, and control inventory of food items
• Restock outlet(s) with inventory and break down the buffet to clean, replace and set for the next day
• Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness of work area
• Put away food stock and dry goods according to established standards
