Overview

We are seeking a Fine Dining Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. The AGM leads multiple departments and assists the General Manager in the overall leadership of the restaurant. Successful candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an AGM role within the high-end restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple departments and assist the General Manager in the overall leadership of the restaurant.
• Help ensure delivery of core values in everyday operations and guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
• Maintain a high-energy leadership presence and drive to elevate the guest experience in a fine dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an Assistant General Manager or AGM role within the high-end restaurant industry.
• Previous hospitality experience with a proven history of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.
• Strong leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset compatible with a premium dining concept.
