Create Great First Impressions

• Greet every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality
• Guide guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm
• Answer questions about ingredients, specials, and recommendations

Take and Process Orders

• Accurately enter orders into the POS system
• Handle cash and card transactions with precision
• Ensure every order is clear and complete before sending to the kitchen
• Communicate effectively with BOH to maintain smooth service

Deliver Counter Service Hospitality

• Call out orders clearly and professionally
• Assist guests with drinks, condiments, and anything else they need
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and dining area
• Practice full hands in, full hands out

Be Part of the Team

• Work closely with BOH and fellow FOH team members
• Help keep the energy high and the vibes positive

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling money

Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
