From Hooper Hospitality Concepts, Night Rooster debut in the Dallas Design District as an elevated Chinese restaurant and lounge. Focusing on Classic Chinese cuisine, the menu is created by Culinary Director Shirley Chung and will focus on creating an upscale traditional Chinese dining experience using Texas sourced ingredients. Night Rooster will feature a cocktail program with a heavy emphasis on Asian whiskeys, International Wines, and Sake with an abundance of house made mixers and infusions.

The interior is modern-Asian inspired, with a dark and moody "Orient Express" atmosphere, with the exteriors contrasted with wood and Iron Ore brick.

The stocker/polisher is responsible for keeping the restaurant supplies cleaned, polished and well stocked. Also maintain cleanliness in all work areas including the main dining room, kitchen, bar and restroom areas.

• Cleaning machines and appliances, such as coffee & tea makers, glass washers
• Maintain the general cleanliness and orderliness of the coffee and bread station during service.
• Sort soiled China, glasses, and silverware outside the break down area, polishing glasses/silverware and restocking server stations.
• Polish all silverware, glassware, china as needed for entire restaurant, maintaining a high level of sanitation and cleanliness.
• Always maintain general cleanliness and stock paper supply in guest restrooms during service
• Emptying trash, receptacles, sweeping floors, restocking all supplies in the dining room and ensure that the dining areas and service stations are clean and organized
• Protect establishment, guests, and employees by adhering to Department of Health and Company sanitation standards.
• Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
• Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings.
• Updates knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
• Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
• All other duties assigned.

• Candidate must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
• Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products
• Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays
