Overview

The line positions are critical to the daily success of the restaurant. The line is the front lines of our operation and standards must be met to ensure we execute on our mission of serving hearty and flavorful food.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prepare and assemble guest orders with attention to quality and accuracy.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning as directed by management.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
• Thank guests sincerely for their business and provide heartfelt service.
• Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives as directed.
• Follow management direction and perform other duties as assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader.

Compensation: $8.00-$10.00 per hour
