Little Ruby’s Dallas, part of our growing café brand, is seeking an experienced Lead Line Cook to help drive kitchen operations and mentor the team. • Lead the line during service, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
• Mentor and support other line cooks, assisting with training and development
• Assist with prep, plating, and organization to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency at your station and throughout the kitchen
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and management to ensure seamless service
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and side work as needed

• 3+ years of experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a high-volume kitchen
• Previous experience leading or mentoring kitchen staff
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
