What You'll Be Doing

• Greet guests picking up to-go and delivery orders with warmth and confidence
• Accurately package food to ensure quality, presentation, and order accuracy
• Manage online, phone, and in-person to-go orders efficiently
• Communicate with the kitchen and FOH team to keep orders running smoothly
• Handle payments and ensure all orders are completed correctly
• Maintain a clean, organized to-go and expo area
• Help answer guest questions and resolve small issues with hospitality and urgency
• Support the team during busy shifts because teamwork makes the dream crust

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and hospitality-driven attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates
• Restaurant or to-go experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right people
