Position Overview

Next Gen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dallas. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in the fast-paced hospitality industry.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your leadership will be essential in managing staff, optimizing workflows, and driving sales to achieve our strategic goals. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and fostering a positive team culture.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a high standard of service
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
