Department Manager

Our team is hiring a driven Department Manager!

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some also lead Departments. These managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.
• Guest Service Department Manager: ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed correctly, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager: ensures the restaurant delivers high-quality, safe food quickly, controls food cost, and trains all kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: ensures the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them adequately, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognizes and motivates them.
• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules, a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment, and the ability to work effectively in an independent franchisee setting. Must be 18 years or older and meet corporate requirements.
