PCI has a new client in Dallas, Texas (75205) seeking a dual role, Chef‑House Manager in a semi full‑time capacity. The position will cover dinner meals and staples/shopping for the home 4 days per week when in residence. The role will switch to house management when principals are on travel.
Live‑In is preferable to the principals.
- We are seeking qualified, local candidates
- Home base is Dallas, Texas
- Position is for a Chef‑House Manager
- Male or females considered
- This is a 4‑5 day/week assignment
- Oversight of the property while principals are on travel
- No travel requests at this time
- Possible future travel requests (not mandatory)
- Family makeup is 2 adults in residence
- Former chef was employed 20 years
- No dietary restrictions noted
- Family enjoys a healthy lifestyle
- Dinner meals served and some stored for self‑service
- Occasional guests may be expected 1–2 times monthly
- Chef is responsible for kitchen and cleanliness
- Chef will keep kitchen staples stocked
