Shift Supervisor – Dining Division
Location: Airport Restaurant Environment
Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate
Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports To: General Manager
We are hiring a hands‑on Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, support team performance, and ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, first‑class service. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to keep people focused and motivated during busy shifts.

What You’ll Lead and OwnOversee day‑to‑day shift operations in a high‑volume dining environment
Direct and support team members during service
Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness requirements are met
Coach employees on procedures, guest service, and safety standards
Monitor staffing coverage and task completion during shift
Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally
Support opening and closing procedures
Verify cash handling, register accuracy, and proper cash‑out procedures
Ensure compliance with SOPs, sanitation, and food safety rules
Coordinate with management on shift performance and operational needs
Assign positions and priorities at shift start
Keep service flow organized and efficient
Check prep, stock levels, and station readiness
Support POS systems and transaction accuracy
Jump in where needed — service, expo, register, or floor support
Maintain a safe, respectful, team‑focused work environment
Previous restaurant or food service experience required
Leadership or supervisor experience preferred
Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable making decisions during busy periods
Clear communicator with a team mindset
Reliable, organized, and action‑oriented
Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Stand and move for extended periods
Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
Work in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic setting
Comfortable with varying temperatures and noise levels
