Thompson Dallas is a luxury hotel located within The National, Dallas’ newest urban luxury mixed‑use project. Essentials include 219 rooms with 52 suites; three full‑service offerings for dining and drink; a boutique spa and fitness experience focused on wellness, a variety of spaces for events, including the 14,000 square foot National Ballroom.

The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines. This is would be an experience for the guest that is transformational, intimate, not a burn, and churn quick drinks.

• Upscale Beverage programming experience preferred
• Deep cocktail knowledge beyond the basics
• Curation of complicated cocktail knowledge
• AM, PM, and Weekend Availability
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
